This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and governs all subscription purchases made through FundFriend.online. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Every new account begins with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. The trial gives you full access to the Service so you can evaluate whether FundFriend.online meets your needs before any charge is made. We strongly encourage you to use the full trial period to assess the Service.
After the trial period, access to FundFriend.online requires a paid monthly subscription. Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at legal@bffsoftware.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your portal and all data remain fully accessible through the last day of your paid cycle. No partial refund is issued for the remaining days after cancellation.
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period. We are not responsible for charges resulting from failure to cancel in advance of a renewal.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at legal@bffsoftware.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of your account and may be disputed with documentation of your agreement to this policy at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to issue account credits in exceptional circumstances (such as documented billing errors on our part). Such exceptions do not constitute a waiver of this policy and do not create any obligation to issue credits or refunds in future situations.
